Patrol Division

PatrolThe Humboldt County Sheriff's Office currently has 51 employees with 36 of these being sworn peace officers. There are 18 employees within the Patrol Division.

Presently, a 4 day, 10 hour work schedule is being used in the Patrol Division.
A Deputy Sheriff of Humboldt County receives a wide range of calls for service, from emergency to non-emergency, including traffic, traffic accidents, domestic violence, gang related incidents, narcotics, DUI violations, and public assists.

Humboldt County Sheriff's Office utilizes state of the art equipment and continual training to maintain a professional, progressive agency to better serve our communities changing needs.

We maintain an active Special Response Team comprised of Deputies from all divisions.
